Mortal Kombat was inspired to create Johnny Cage because of the movie Bloodsport. (Notice the same fighting outfit on JCVD when he’s fighting Chong Li except he has a golden slash no slippers while Johnny Cage’s is red and has slippers) MK Devs promised JCVD he will have a part in MK but never got it 30 years later he’s in the new MK.

All you have to do is repeat the fatality move after the first head comes off. It's all timing so you won't be able to do it all the time.
