My most comfortable camp pillow is some old junky accent pillow I found in the top of the linen closet. It's yellow and has a picture of a cat sitting in a window on it and I don't even care because it's so comfy and packable.

I do love this pillow though I need to put clothes under it to get some extra height. Sleep on my side and my neck needs a bit extra height.
