Yes, I realize this a few years ago when one minute I was eating all natural foods my hair was black, when I went back to eating processed food it started to have sprouts of gray hair. I realize every time I change back my diet, my hair turned back black. When I researched this I found out it is lack of copper. My hair is black. I never get gray hairs. So yes I agree.

I’m so glad to hear that gray hairs can be reversed. I think that’s what been happening for me. I used to eat YEARS of fast foods and processed foods. Around age 40 my hair had a lot of gray hairs. Around age 45 I decided to change. I’ve been changing my eating due to my body slowing down & being prediabetic because of the trash I’ve been eating. I’ve been cooking my own meals 90% of the time and incorporating healthy foods. And learning to read ingredients. Now at age 49, I noticed my hair is slightly salt & pepper. I remember it looking more gray years ago. I think the gray is slowly lessening. I thought I was imagining things until watching this video. I also used to have white spots on my nails that also vanished when I started eating healthier. Now I’m motivated to try to reverse even more gray hairs. Jesus is AWESOME!!! I feel I’ve been spiritually lead throughout this entire journey, that’s including discovering Dr. Bobby❤️

My stroke impacted my speech for a spell. My left body was numb for awhile. If it wasn't for my swim coach (aqua classes) private assistance and yoga classes, I don't know where would I be right now. When I started taking aqua classes I listened to womens' testimonies ( wrote them down) about their ailments and healing. I knew something about the water was a healing place. Everybody's body is different, what was effective in repairing my body was the omega fatty oils. I read I every book related to my condition to regain my health and strength.

Sometimes it can be stress that cause grey hair. I could never understand why so many think getting older brings so many negative effects to our lives. I just read about a 89 year young lady that works 12 to14 hours daily running two companies, is very active and her family is worried about her young stud who they think is after her money. He is 12 years younger than she is and she met him at the gym where she works out. Sounds like to me she has taken very good care of herself. Thank you for a very good video Dr. Price.

My hair then grew back grey, but my strands where thick like an old persons. I thought I was going to stay like this forever! After about a year it grew back to black!

Stress is the number one reason for hair loss and graying. You forgot to mention that low level of copper not zinc is one of the major cause of graying. Another problem is being an vegetarian. They don’t get the required amount of absorbable protein and vit b12. Best form is from grass fed meat, especially grass fed beef liver. Pine pollen is amazing for all hair issues.

Thank you for the subject, Dr. Bobby Price! Unfortunately, I am totally gray, I am not embracing this at all for years and years and years I had beautiful, healthy, thick hair, I’m in my 60s come and do have other health challenges, I know I have to continue to Eat more healthier I don’t eat beef, seafood, fast food,! I juice berries, sometimes with an avocado, occasionally a frozen banana in a organic protein powder, with pre-and probiotic, including spirulina, and Corello! My deli take a water I have to drink more it have to be Good water from the source, I do like exercising, but stretch more than I don’t! I truly hope I can turn this ugly gray away as much as possible, it makes it make me feel truly truly old. Lastly, I do keep my hair wrap, especially when I go out because of the elements, and the summer washing my hair. I sit in the sun and let it dry that way. Again, I am not embracing this way here at all, in fact, it has lowered self-esteem, because when I look in the mirror, I see a totally different woman.

After I decalcified my pinael gland I continue to do certain third eye exercises to strengthen it, one of which is sun gazing at sunrise and meditating and again at sunset, I became aware that we are deliberately being ‘advised’! to put sunblock on etc and not look at the sun for obvious reasons. The sun is high vibrational and so important for us on many levels. They really do want us powerless, dumbed down, unhealthy and asleep.

Yeah I don’t know really as genetics are controlled by epigenetics, they may be a factor but they aren’t really a decider of what genes are expressed. There are people with zero Hosford if sickness in their family who can get that sickness and genetics don’t control genetics. Expression is mediated and really copper deficiency could be a bigger factor.

Just a tip most of what we have thought to be genetics are not what we think . U don’t inherit traits in that way 90 percent of what we think is genetics is only the way u realate to food . For instance my family loves pasta. Most pastas are genetically modified and takes away from the wholistic or natural forms of minerals we do consume

I got my first relaxer in the 6 grade. My entire edges and the back of my hair fell out completely. My mother had my hair to be cut bald. My hair grew back that following year. What a year of fun... my peers ate me alive. During my high school years, (currently) I worshipped at Trinity United of Christ where black beautiful natural women were radiant. Their skin was flawless. Back in those days, we were conscious folk. It's amazing right? I'm now those women. Thank you Jesus. Life is amazing. But you are right, even smaller kids under five get their hair relaxed. The average age 8 where the girls get those relaxers. We know the history, where the root came from. Let me get out of here. I'm up writing my book. Have a great day.

Air quality will impact this as well. I have a good friend that was getting gray hair in his teens but when he moved to the US, it reversed.

Thank you, Dr. Bobby. I’ve stopped dying my hair 5 years ago and just learned to love my grays. However, I don’t want my hair to thin out, then fall out..so I’ll make sure I’m getting the right nutrients. I recently moved from sunny climate to cold and my hair was almost white… I’m noticing it’s turning back to salt and pepper. I eat healthy and no meat, I needed more greens and needed some supplements. I was only eating fruit. Thank you so much sharing this information🙏😊

I am one those persons who experienced premature (age 30) grey hair. I also am a nature girl who made/makes a point of spending time outside. However, I was not able to maintain my youthful hair color so I began dyeing it. After many years of dyeing my locs, I decided to go completely natural. That is ... in addition to not using perms in relaxers, I ceased dyeing my hair. As a chemist, do you know of any long-term effects of using permanent hair dyes? Also, is their a detox for the hair/scalp/brain to counter the use of hair dyes over many years? Thank you for any insight you can share. 👩🏾‍🎓

One reason why i prefer growong in soil and dont like thr idea of hydroponics is bc its somewhat unnatural and soil/dirt is good. (Usually) The simplest/oldest way is best.

I thought there were 3 types of melanin being eumelanin, pheomelanin, and neuromelanin? I adore that you share nutritional information to help people to become more health wise❤️

From internet copy pasted Copper is found in highest amounts in protein foods like organ meats, shellfish, fish, nuts, and seeds as well as whole grains and chocolate. The absorption of copper in the body will increase if the diet contains less copper, and decrease if the body has enough copper
