Awesome video I just had one question- I am quite skinny but I get all my fat on my belly. I have a huge toondh (belly) but I have to gain weight too. Do I follow calorie deficit plan or calorie surplus to gain weight and reduce belly fat too?

You need to be in calories deficit to reduce excess fat from your belly. Keep 200-300 calories deficit to start with and keep your diet clean and healthy along with regular workout.

For weight loss best is to stay in calories deficit. Fast will only help in fat loss if you are in deficit.

Hi Samar, you need to be consistent with your workouts to build stamina and of course a good nutrition is also very important. It may take time but you will get there.

Yes it is important so that you know if you are meeting your daily calories intake or not. Not only calories, macros also matter.
