Let's begin the weight loss journey with Part 1 (The concept of weight loss) of this weight loss series for beginners! We are starting from the basics and will understand this whole process step by step because our objective is NOT only to lose weight but to adopt a healthy lifestyle to keep the weight off forever...so fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride.

Once you decide you want to lose weight, it can be tricky to know what to do next. (Should you try keto or the DASH diet, for instance?) But no matter what kind of eating plan you follow, there’s one rule of weight loss that’s clutch: You have to create a calorie deficit, or when you expend more calories than you take in. Without it, you’re unlikely to lose weight.
Of course, you’re not born knowing about calorie deficits, how to figure out yours, and what you need to do to put all this in action. Don't get overwhelmed, though: This series will take care of all this and will make sure you get what you need to lose weight!

I have completely given up junk food and I do normal workout for 15 to 20 mins. I don't have that much fat but I want to become lean and shredded. I have also changed my diet habit. Started eating veggies that I hate the most. I would say that all this craving for junk food and sweets are result of our subconscious mind. If we program it like this foods are harmful for our health it will start working that way and soon you will not have that urges to eat that unhealthy food. Saying this from my own experience. For beginners normal workout with good diet and lots of Water it works Marvelously.

A very nicely documented vidoe sir..if you could help with foods and their calories how can we maintain weight and yet build muscle? Meaning a food intake of 2000 cal and what are the food items? I know my question is stupid as different people different foods but can we just have a section of calories..

Can I follow this weight lose program exercise ( 3 days Hit +3 full body resistance band training) to be fit as those exercise is less time consuming. As a busy person It's difficult to maintain gym! And what time is best for those workout? Morning or evening?

Haan usse weight to kam hoga leki wo sahi tarika nahi hai weight kam karne ka. Workout ke sath calories deficit me rehne se best results milte hai. Ye main next video me bataunga.

Part 2 kab ayega.... Waiting for it.... I am 15 years old and weight 82kg with a height of 5foot 5 inches.... Should i follow this program? BTW I have a good muscle mass and good fat mass too🤣🤣

How to used two handle grip in resistance band . Bcoz I'm using resistance band not tubes ones but unfortunately there's no way to use resistance band for Chest press like with resistance tubes grip handle.

Hi, I can understand, you can try with single arm chest press with bands. Or you can do both arms also but you need to be little creative for that. I may create a series on loop bands also in the future. Will try to explain in that.

@@FitnessMyLife right but how it is possible to do with double points chest press . Bcoz band shape is double from the first and short when u attached it with double grip handle than it can't be possible ...
