Your all videos are super informative. I learnt a lot from your previous 3 videos. I am a skinny fat guy and will follow all the steps that you told. I have a question if you could give any idea about the upcoming workout video that is if it need any dumbbells or resistance bands etc. THANK YOU

Thank you! Do you measure your macros everyday? Do you use an app to do so, including items that you cook compared to packaged items? Finally, do you meal prep? How do you stay good with them? I always end up eating something bad at some point in the day.

Hi, Yes I do use an app to track my calories & macros and that includes both packed and cooked food. I try to cook fresh every day however sometimes I make extra and keep in the refrigerator to use it next day. I’m going to explain how to track your calories & macros in the next video and will also try to explain how you can stick to your meal. So stay tuned 😊👍

Very informative. Everything explained very simply. Please explain how we weigh our CPB sources without worrying much about kitchen weighing machin every-time. It really feels sad we weigh our chapati,rice,daal and eat it. Can that be simplified?

Hi, There I liked your explanation. But I have a question You said we have to Consume Fat at 25% of TDEE your TDEE was 2300, But you used Target Calories instead of TDEE can you clarify this please? Thank you in advance.

It should not be. Usually carbs are higher than protein.

Hello Raisa, fat loss ke liye calories matter karti hai. Workout may not help if you calories are way more than you need, Fat loss ke liye aap ko calories deficit me aana pageda. App meri iss series ke pichle videos dekhen usme maine calories deficit ko detail me explain kiya hai. Please check.

Hi Vinay, With thyroid issue there are some limitation on certain food items like soy, more fibrous veggies and legumes, coffee etc. I may need to make a separate video to cover that. Are you a vegetarian or a non vegetarian?
