I've seen a lot of "self-defense" videos that make things too complicating, or aren't realistic on the fly, but I gotta say y'all did a good job with this one. You kept it simple, and explained how and why it works. True, it would still take practice for the person to train their bodies properly and effectively use the techniques, but that's the case with anything and you made a point to mention it. Well done.

I'm excited to practice this move in hand to hand. I've used it on my cousin in tree branch fencing matches back when we were kids and it works well with that too. I think I seen it on an Assassin's creed game. Lol It's so fancy and overthrowing. Once them legs are split all their punching power is coming from shoulder and whatever little bit of their waist can slightly rotate without staggering them more and leaves them open to face, body, and getting taken ground level. I love it as well. I'm glad it's of great use to you.

This is solid advice . Not flashy but boiled down to the basics. With a little practice this can be used and modified for other scenarios. One Mate said Throw Right hands and run . That was a real comment ? Why not just run and scream mommy.. 20 years and that’s his advice . Why not just admit you don’t know anything about fighting and you’re not qualified to comment. A solid stance and good balance is just common sense mate. Hard tuck cover is absolutely smart in a street fight . Elbows are great they are not as prone to injuries as bare hands. Clinch and Knees need practice but can be executed with some effect with some basic repetitions. Every plan goes out the window in a real fight but having skills to draw on is an absolute must. If you don’t have balls to react that cannot be helped. My advice grow a pair learn to fight and never run unless you’re out numbered or out gunned .

They are mixing in their own comedy with their routines, but the movements snd the techniques are very real and will be useful. But remember watching is one thing if you want to get any good at anything practice it. Find a partner and repeat these lessons over and over and over.

I've trained for about 20 years and this is a good example of why I say there's a difference between MARTIAL SPORT and MARTIAL STREET. Does some of this stuff work sure but unless you train regularly and already a decent fighter the majority of this is worthless. Street fights are usually about survival not ''kicking ass'', dirty tactics should not only be taught but encouraged. The idea imo and experience is to strike fast and get the hell out of there aka if you're a female and your attacker is male your best chance is to hit him in the groin, eyes, throat, etc as hard as you can find or create an opening to get the hell out of there.

No. I've seen this happen. It just means that people are gonna fuck with you 10 times as hard now and someone else is gonna bully you or attempt to whoop your ass. As much as I wish it were that peaceful, it's better to whoop ass or get whooped and walk away with a set of boys. Humans in the majority are instinctively gonna try to be the alpha and the baddest one in their group (if they don't have any sense of self worth or the willpower to not be an ape). We are no different than animals in our group behavior and demeaning ways of trying to feel better than someone else.
@sebastianjimenez58523 жыл бұрын
@@etitus9376 completely disagree. I've been training and fighting for 13 years and I would rather walk away from a fight or altercation 100% of the time. I know I'm not the one you wanna fuck with and I don't need to fight anyone to prove otherwise. If people are fucking with you verbally then do it right back to them. If they engage physically.. now that's another story. That's when you show the person who crossed the line and invaded your personal space that touching you will bring consequences, and those consequences involve you looking down at the floor with a pool of your own blood wondering wtf just happened or realizing your front teeth aren't there anymore. But a avoiding that is literally my first second and third preference/option. Why take that route? Just to show everyone I can do it? Fuck that.

@georgez.29054 жыл бұрын
Well of course. Most of the people having objections with these videos lack the understanding that 1. These are moves to perform only in situations your only option is to stand your ground and fight and 2. These ain't no magick videos that import the knowledge into your brain and sharpen your reaction times to the milisecond. You NEED to train if you want to perform the moves shown in these videos and in any other instructional video(parkour, breakdance etc). That should be common sense.

Been in a few fights. First, if you're gonna hit them, like that palm strike bs, level the guy. I never get into a fight or fight someone after squaring up, without kicking the shit outta their leg first. Then follow with an elbow to the temple. It's never failed in the many times I've used it. It's a simple two strike combo, but it works if you practice it over and over. Punches break your hand, not a good idea in a street fight. Learned that the hard way.

If you are an experienced fighter I'm sure that you know stances and hands up but what most forget is: Say out LOUD, that you don't want to do this, announce so everyone can hear. That way if you do, do what you need to do, at least you'll have a few witnesses. Because it feels good when you take him out, but it feels horrible what they take you out in handcuffs, not including all the crap you'll need to go through in the courts. Most people can't fuck with you if you headbutt them with the crown of your forehead in the face, kick their knee to hyperextension, groin shots . Throat shots are also very effective. Basically it'd all in how you set it up to what you do next. Fighting Is a chess match.
