Wether the victim or accused the mother’s testimony’s are always the most powerful. Hers was especially moving for me I can imagine the jury feels the same. I want to add, when you’re the mother you either lost your child are facing loosing your child. She sitting there watching the whole event again calm as a cucumber when we all know how re-traumatizing it is for her. She knows how important this brief conversation on the stand was. She held it down when for 4 years people ran scared. That’s also very brave.

"Knowing when not to ask a question is just as important as knowing when to ask a question." Not all attorneys know this. It's a good skill to know when to just shut up. I worked with SSA as a contractor assisting judges with their hearing dockets. Some attorneys would have a case where the claimant is clearly going to win benefits based on the ALJs questioning and it was obvious, but the representatives, rather than, "no further questions your honor," would instead continue to ask questions of their claimant going through the motions. More than once those representatives got answers that made the Judge rethink their implied decision.

He's been placed in the drivers side passenger seat, Juvy's mom puts him there along with the video surveillance evidence. The phone places him where the murders happened. A forensic expert testified that the shots came from the drivers side passengers seat and that one of the bullets that struck the victim in the front passengers seat ricochet off the inside roof of the car and landed behind the drivers seat. The witness also testified that the shots that the car took from the outside were made from a stationary position and that those same shots hit the victims after they were dead. That has to be case closed.....

You can decline a subpoena by filling out and file a request to quash the subpoena give your reason for your objections to the subpoena what it is asking for. You can object to having to attend the hearing or trail and explain why? Because I wish I had more time to do so with my family. I lost my brother in 2020, 6 months later my dad, both unexpectedly. Then my mom passed away after battling lung cancer, Oct 2022. Fortunately me and my daughter were able to say goodbye to her. Now it's all about growing and raising my own little family. ❤ Sidenote: This trial is crazy. Thanks for another great update! In a perfect world, no parent should have to bury their child but unfortunately disease and accidents claim lives. Murder, however, is an entirely different case. I can not imagine the pain a parent feels when they lose a child to violence. This woman absolutely deserves justice. I 100% believe Melly is responsible for these two murders and i really hope the jury is convinced as well. The whole thing is tragically sad. Condolences to the family of the deceased and I hope they smoke mellys boots.
