We call our grandmothers "abue", which is short for "abuela", but I called one of my grandmothers as "abuelitius", and the other by her name, Blanca.

in German it is OMI if you are more affectionate an OMA if you are more rational says Patricia raised by her grandmothers when my parents for years lived another life.... I even wrote a book where OMI has a big role.... and I am very influenced by this and since years inspired 😇by your books.

Hello maam I am from pakistan I speak two languages ....In our mother tongue we called our both Petarnal Grand Ma and maternal grand ma as ادے( aady) And in urdu languege we call maternal grand ma as ""nani"" And paternal grand ma ""Dadi"" ( دادی)
