I don't really want to put my two cents in after such a wonderful video and I have fresh ginger tea every morning. However I want to sing the praises of peppermint. The whole, real plant. Tear up the leaves and breathe it in. I've been known to bring it on an airplane!

I have terrible travel sickness, cant take my eyes off the road for a few seconds, or 10mins on a pedalo and I'm feeling rough. I have tried all the alternative treatments 👎. I use stugeron travel tablets i can even do roller coasters.
