I know this video is 3 years old but in the case of a really dirty oily cable, I think it would be beneficial to first spray carb cleaner down the cable....a lot of it.....then follow uo with a lot of T9. You're the first guy who actually showed how to attach it. I went through 6 others before you! Thanks a LOT!

I have used these since the mid 80s, with WD40 and Green oil. Great bit of kit.

Can I be used on a car cable? Defrost lever sticking
@GoneUraling4 жыл бұрын
I don't see why not, as long as you can get to the cable end itself. It's not like something you can stick through a controls slot. I used it on our Zero Turn Mower throttle cable, just disconnected it from the engine, did the same process you see here. If the cable is completely blocked with corrosion though, it is probably not going to help because it does not seal well enough for a lot of pressure.

"corrosion protection and waterproof lubrication" boeshield.com/why-boeshield/ I've been using it for going on 15 years now in CNC machinery, equipment, tractors, tools, utility vehicles, cars, trucks and of course, motorcycles. Try some.

I dont blame you for creating a video on this product if you genuinely use it, but please do some research and read the comments. These are absolute junk, the old school rubber band/plastic bag method works 100% better, less mess less, less product loss and far more effective. These motion pro lubers spray 90% of the product on the ground. They have been superseeded by a v3 for good reason, they are terrible. Have a look at the other videos on KZbin showing this product then look at the comments. @@GoneUraling
