What can you do if you've turned 55 yrs old & now you have sensitive teeth because the enamel is wearing down? Between aging & using baking soda periodically, my teeth have become so sensitive to hot, cold, & sometimes nothing in particular at all... It's sometimes harder than we care for it to be as we get older. First your eyes, then bones, then menopause, then thinning hair, sensitive teeth, liver spots, arthritis, spinal stenosis. Staying on top of our health is so important & most days it's exhausting & depressing. Grateful for what I do have in my life, my kids & grandkids & having them keeps me mentally trudging through. I put on my mask & cape & deal. But anyway, I apologize for the long rant regarding the aging process! Lol. Question is, how can I keep my enamel safe, while whitening? No matter how softly you brush & how minimal you use baking soda, it's still a hard abrasive. Thank you for your videos Doc! Hope everyone slays this day & week ahead!! 💃🦸

Last year my preuvian freinds told me acout coconut oil ulling. i notice when i do it, my gums and teeth feel beter, even seems to help with receding, and they did tell me exactly wha tyou said here. not to spit it in the sink or toilet, i spit it out in the garbage, gthey also said you should rinse out with water after as well than brush your teeth. which i pretty much do. I am curious. i have seen conflicting information. if you have old mercury amalgam fillings, , some people think oil pulling will cause it to bleed out the bad stuff, however, many more things i have read say it won't. what is your opnion Dr.? Also, how often do you recommend it? i usually do 20 minutes once per day for 5 days in a row at first if I have problems, then i start doing it maybe 2-3 times a week
