In this video, I share effective and natural tips on how to lose weight overnight, specifically focusing on shedding extra water weight within 12 to 24 hours. These methods are perfect for those looking to reduce bloating quickly for an upcoming event or just wanting to feel lighter and more comfortable. By reducing sodium intake, your body can release retained water, helping you to de-bloat swiftly. Regular exercise, even a quick session, can also aid in sweating out excess fluids. Additionally, increasing your potassium intake via foods like bananas, sweet potatoes, and spinach can help balance fluids and electrolytes, further reducing water retention. Other practical suggestions include staying hydrated, because drinking more water actually helps your body release stored water, and avoiding carbohydrates, as they can cause your body to hold onto water. Remember, this is about losing water weight and not only fat; for long-term weight management, a balanced diet and consistent exercise are key. Follow these simple, yet effective strategies to feel lighter and more energetic in just a day's time.
Please subscribe so you and your family can stay healthy and happy. / motivationaldoc

Here's a streamlined **stomach flattening plan** to implement within 24 hours: ### Morning: 1. **Start the Day with Warm Lemon Water**: - Drink a glass of warm water with half a lemon to kickstart digestion and detoxify your system. 2. **Low-Carb Breakfast**: - Opt for a high-protein breakfast like eggs or a protein shake. Avoid bread, grains, or any starchy carbs. 3. **Hydration Focus**: - Drink plenty of water throughout the morning (at least 16-20 oz) to start flushing out excess sodium. ### Mid-Morning: 4. **Herbal Tea**: - Sip on a cup of green tea or hibiscus tea to promote natural diuresis and help flush out excess water. 5. **Take a Walk or Light Exercise**: - Engage in light physical activity to boost circulation, lymphatic drainage, and digestion. ### Lunch: 6. **Low-Sodium, Potassium-Rich Meal**: - Have a salad with leafy greens, avocado, cucumbers, and a lean protein (chicken or fish). Add potassium-rich foods like spinach or tomatoes. - Avoid processed dressings and opt for olive oil and lemon. 7. **Increase Fiber Intake**: - Include fiber-rich veggies (broccoli, spinach, or zucchini) to aid digestion and reduce bloating. ### Afternoon: 8. **Stay Hydrated**: - Drink another 16-20 oz of water to stay hydrated and flush out toxins. 9. **Snack Wisely**: - If hungry, reach for a high-potassium fruit like a banana or a small portion of nuts. ### Early Evening: 10. **Exercise**: - Do a 30-40 minute workout (cardio or strength training) to help sweat out excess fluids and burn calories. Include core exercises like planks or bicycle crunches for direct stomach toning. ### Dinner: 11. **Lean Protein and Vegetables**: - Have grilled chicken, fish, or tofu with steamed veggies (broccoli, asparagus, or zucchini). Keep sodium low and avoid starchy sides. 12. **Skip Sugary Drinks**: - Stick to water or herbal teas for dinner. ### Evening: 13. **Relax and De-Stress**: - Engage in deep breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes to lower cortisol levels and reduce fluid retention. 14. **Sleep 7-8 Hours**: - Ensure a full night’s rest to promote optimal fluid balance and metabolism regulation. ### Bonus Tip: - If possible, practice **intermittent fasting** by skipping breakfast the following morning to extend the calorie burn and water depletion process. Stick to this plan, and you’ll likely see a reduction in bloating and water retention, giving your stomach a flatter appearance by the next day!

Plus my appetite is down & I have more energy after this weight loss, easier to run up the stairs without pain, joint inflammation is almost all gone. Still have to start home workouts to target my core, but have been walking almost every day since starting this program. I still have my daily dark chocolate treat. I also try to start my meals with protein & salads, and if there's room left, i will have one or two ounces of carbs.

I used to be fit, strong and trim a few years back, but since I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and gave up smoking for 7 years now, I have put on 10kg and can't seem to lose it no matter what I do...I've tried everything! The weight is mainly around my waist, both upper and lower abdominal areas...I look like I am 7 months pregnant! Would you be able to do a video on how people can lose weight with hypothyroidism because, before I had it, I was able to trim up and see abs in less than three weeks when I exercised...but, not anymore - it's depressing how I can't return to how I once looked. Thanks Dr Mandell. By the way, your videos are very informative...thanks for helping so many people regain their health. God bless!

I think the doctor is right when he talks about how important electrolytes are. Unfortunately, like so many others he says, just reduce sodium. Sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium all dance together in our bodies. With due respect to the calcium for most of us, it’s something you don’t have to worry about; enough of it comes in pretty much everything you’re eating, according to many content providers. What others don’t seem to mention, like you are reminding us to do, Dr. Mandel, is that if somebody takes enough magnesium and adds a little more potassium (sometimes with just the simple trick of using “NuSalt “, which is potassium chloride, the excess sodium and the extra magnesium will dance together, and they’ll all take some water out with them. 1/4 teaspoon of potassium chloride according to the new salt product label on the back and very fine print will provide 18% of the daily value of potassium, which is huge considering that we need 4700 mg of potassium the day. I applaud the good doctor Mandel for often talking about the magnesium shortage we have and you have said it why don’t you add in the fact that we’re not getting enough potassium because who the hell can eat pounds of salad every day unless you’re a cow! (That last part was a little hyperbolic I’ll admit.) Sometimes it’s just easier to add NuSalt when I’m putting pink salt TO TASTE on my food guilt free. A few days ago, I was obviously eating incorrectly and I weighed 220 pounds and I’m usually down much closer to 210. Well I weighed in this morning at 213.2 largely because I went back on cutting the carbohydrates making sure I took my magnesium supplements, making sure I added some NuSalt and never worrying about how much sodium I consumed. So, now 7 pounds (round numbers) lighter than 4 or 5 days ago. You are SO correct in saying “do whatever releases water” and you need to add to your protocol add some potassium and making sure you get enough magnesium will both help. From what I’ve seen those last two are far more important than trying to force your body to give up more sodium when it knows it’s going to have to sacrifice some limited amount of magnesium and potassium you’ve grudgingly given it and the potassium which you’ve grudgingly given it. Give your body plenty of a latter two minerals and your body will spit the sodium out faster than you can say “Jack Robinson”!

recommended daily intake of salt (i prefer pink himalayan salt for 70 more minerals than table salt) is less than 1 tsp or around 5 grams.

Exercise has started making me anxious.idk why but i used to workout 6 days a week. Now if i do that i wpnt be able to sleep. I twitch all night. I switched to 2-3 times a week and my mind is clear. And mind you,i wasnt even overworking. It was lightweight😢

Thank you for the info on Hibiscus Tea; I bought a box 2 weeks ago and it is delicious and does remove excess water. I have 2 more boxes coming tomorrow 🎉 I’m in month 5 of weight loss and exercise journey and am down about 30 pounds. I need to do 30 more pounds and then I’m at my goal weight of 120 pounds (I’m 5’-5”). It is frustrating though as I wish I could drop the weight faster. I will try the suggestions you’ve discussed here maybe once during each upcoming month. Thank you and Have a great day. 🙏🕊️
