Thanks Pam.... I'm only just starting to nail a better editing workflow for the 360 camera now. The Rode mic's are great, howeve I still can't get good helmet audio at speed tho, I think is just the amount of wind noies I have. 🤠👍

@@brownies-midlifeadventure5333 try the mic I use. It's just the cardo speakers. Works great for me. I'll start keeping an eye out for a sale on the insta 360 camera 😊. It will replace my other go pro. I just think it does a better job maybe

Hey AT, Ithanks for watching :-) I use the ND filter to slow the shutter down in bright light to give a more cinematic look to the footage 🤠👍

If it's a nice sunny day I use the 32, cloudy days the 16. And if it's really bright I throw on the 64 ie riding into the sun etc ..the ND filters I got for the Osmo Action are also polarised too, and being round make it really easy to use, plus they are magnetic so easy to swap on and off... hope that helps 😎👍

you and me both..... I switch to the Osmo action form the GoPros (GP's are too buggy) and the audio is about the same from both.... My audio is fine at very low speed or stopped, however once I get the slightest wind on my helmet it all goes to shit fast. I have tried everything re padding, deadcats, hiding mic inside the cheakpads, etc... but can't fix it

Excellent video, putting together video gear for a trip and ended up in fairly the same spot. DJI air 2S, DJI Pocket 2, DJI Action 2, and soon will be getting an Insta 360 X2. Seems excessive but I keep finding reasons to have it all during analysis. Don't plan on a normal camera though, will be using my Samsung Note for normal camera duties.

Awesome set-up... The 360 is the bomb, just don't film too much with it as you'll be editing and chopping for hours and hours. And yeah, everytime I take a pro camera I 90% of the time don't use it, mobile phones do such an awesome job these day... @@brownies-midlifeadventure5333 Thank you! The one thing slightly on the chopping block is the Pocket 2 due to the fragile gimbal and not waterproof nature of it. But then I realize it's the only camera in that arsenal with a remote mic, and the only one that can do timelapse over say a night sky track or other similar shots. Do you find yourself using the pocket enough that it will keep it's place in your bag?

@@NateSail82 I use the Pocket 2 the most 😁 mostly because it's good for blogging and it has the wireless mic and is the mutts nutts for B-roll...

Nice equipment, do you use the OsmoPocket "on-bike" ? I use the predecessor, but doesn´t matter where i put it on the bike, the cam starts counter-oscillating the enginevibration. Last time i had 2h of videomaterial but only a few usable minutes! (kzbin.info/www/bejne/qoDIeaFjjtN_d6M at 0:53 )
