This is awesome! Is there a way to implement countersteering? I know its nitpicking, but after about 25mph, you push right, go right. Push left, go left. It was the strangest feeling to adjust to when i learned how to ride lol

Hey mate, possibly however its honestly not as big a deal in the rig as you might think. I have ridden superbikes for years and at the limit of extreme so have a profound understanding of counter steering. Its honestly just so much fun in the rig to have motion, vibration through engine RPM and road bumps with the Buttkickers that I am not to fussed about dialing in counter steering and even the angle I have the handle bars are. I mean I am even using my throttle peddle instead of twist grip lol. Its just so much fun regardless of these thing. If the game had actual support for the inputs I am using to make this all happen it might be more of a possibility though :)

Did you consider mounting the steering axis at an angle (rotating the entire force-feed back motor assembly up) and then reversing the steering axis in software to give a real counter steer feeling?

Mate I actually did, I had seen another chap who has done similar. My only issue is I also use the sim for driving. I might try and find a way to quick release the steering. I must confess though, after riding bikes for years, its a pretty insane feeling regardless, even though angles and counter steering are not correct, one you are in the rig the brain gets tricked really easy.
