They lost me on the 135 kw engine, so it's only a 2kw difference from the old 1. Yet internationally, they have a 150kw variant 😢

The Hilux 2.8gd6 can also switch to 4h on the fly up to 100km so its not unique anymore.

I own the 150kw version of the Hilux. My friend has the older 2.5 high output triton. The Triton is by far the more capable offroad bakkieand waaaay more comfortable ride.It just doesn't have the power of the hilux even after he tuned it. I'm not a hilux fan boy. I appreciate all vehicles and their different capabilities.
