I’ve driven both cars and honestly, I’d chose the Hellcat over the Camaro, even though the Camaro handles betters and is a more of a sports car than the challenger, but people forget about comfort! Driving a challenger is way more comfortable than a Camaro, I can see out of it better and has a more spacious interior.

I’m fortunate enough to have basically both of these (I have a Charger Hellcat and a manual ZL1). Can’t go wrong with either car. They’re pretty different but at the same time a bit similar. Hellcat is more fun to drive in the city, Camaro on the twisties. Such a great time to be a car guy now. So many great cars are out there. Choose whatever you like!

Actually it's the opposite...the United States get most of its oil from domestic production, Canada and Mexico. Europe gets most of its oil from the Mid East. Europe has higher taxes on gasoline that's why they pay more.

I own a ZL1 and my brother owns a 17' hellcat.. and I got to say that hellcat is truly something else. I always was a camaro guy but regardless were all car guys and the hellcat is a true beast.. also that guy who ran the hellcat in the quarter really cant drive, we never ran from a dig but the hellcat does take the W in a roll

While I agree the Camaro is the better car on all the categories they mention, I'm afraid i can't agree with the 1/4 mile test. A 11.9 ET for the Hellcat is a very anemic time to say the least. These cars easily get into the tens and with very little tweaking they see the 9's. Look at all the match ups on YT. It is very rare to see the ZL1 beat a Hellcat that is running to spec.

Hellcats run mid to low 11s all day, but in the video they said it only ran 11.9, so no, just because it's a high performance car doesn't mean you can hop in and put down good times. I tried my best to get that Gt350 but that freaking ZL1 is on a different level and it kept calling my name. I would plan to buy the ford and hype myself up and then I see a pic on the chevy and that muscular body and hips like beautiful woman and I just couldn’t get that mustang. And then the handling and performance is just on a different level. I really wanted that ford and the flat plan crank but it just wasn’t enough

Hellcats and SRT's should be cheaper. Mustangs are purpose built performance cars, low numbers,..... Camaros are a low number car. The Dodge challengers have been built for what like 15 years and the platform is in massive production. The 300's challengers and chargers all use the same platform but its more expensive than the camaro or mustang

HOW DID YOU MAKE THE CHALLENGER RUN SO SLOW? ~Those times are what the Challenger 1320 392 Hemi's run!!! ~Back in 1970 my Dads new 1970 Cuda 440 6bbl with 3.54 gears ran 11.80's in the 1/4! Car was 2 weeks old..He added headers,tuned carbs and slicks of the day that had less traction than the tires of new cars! ~Hell,my 68 Charger R/T 440 runs low 10's@131 mph!! Street trim,looks stock in/out even engine bay looks stock (as can be)..440(535 ci now) 727 auto and get this 3.23 gearing!!!! Stock it ran 12.80's with jetted carb,re curved distributor and wider tires than stock 185 -70 series 14 inch!

adrinz with that logic an ss is better than a zl1 since an ss is cheaper. I think a higher price is justified if it’s a better muscle car. GT500 for example, it outclasses the ZL1 in every dimension

No it’s not prepped but still a red eye isn’t that slow. I all ways see hellcats get gaped on the enter nit specially in the US i have a stock hellcat and i gape zl1’s and zo6 corvettes maybe because of the altitude ? I live near the shore line and zero altitude 😂 .

I have never been gapped by a stock mustang or Camaro . My stock 707 hellcat ran 10.84 @128 with my 300LB butt in the driver seat
