I have been on Zepbound brand name since April. I did 2.5 for 2 months and 5.0 for 2 months. I just took my first shot of 7.5 Sunday. In Denver CO and thankfully have had zero shortage issues. I got the 2.5 from King Soopers (which is Kroger) then they didn't have 5.0 so I called Costco, they laughed at me and I immediately called Sam's Club and I have gotten the last 3 fills from them with zero issues.

I appreciate your thought process in being concerned about the shortage for people with diabetes. I do understand that Mounjaro is helpful for weight loss for those who are not a person with diabetes and is just as important, however, as a person with diabetes I did find it very hard to get it during the shortage and still have problems getting it. I had no idea how expensive it is. My medication only cost $40. a month but I am sure it is because my ins. covers it due to my diabetes. Thank you for all the information.

Mounjaro has been easy for me to get every month. It has been easier in the last few months. (ie, 12.5 mg)

Same! I was ready to bump up to 12.5. I was considering staying on the 10, my pharmacist said right now, that was the dose that they have trouble with getting, but the 12.5 is readily available.

Nice video, thank you! I just wanted to know how tall you are? I started Mounjaro in March. My starting weight was 203 and now 173 I’m 5’6. But I couldn’t take my medication for two weeks because I had to have surgery. My goal weight is 143. But I would still be thrilled at 153! Before taking this medication I had two strokes(54 years old), within 24 hours. While trying to recover I gained a lot of weight due to immobility. I was never overweight my entire life. As you can imagine everything in my body was messed up to say the least. My doctor put me on this medication because I was pre-diabetic, high sugar, an under-active thyroid and my A1c was 6.0. The last time I had my blood work done everything was improving! My sugar was 25 points lower, my thyroid numbers are improving and my A1c was 5.7 ! I have to go next week for my latest bloodwork. To say the least I’m thrilled with this medication! And I have no side effects whatsoever! Again thank you for sharing!✌💙

I live in Oregon and get my ZB 15 mg from Albertsons with no problem. I do split my doses. I’m 10-15 lbs away from goal. I’m 5’5” and 154.

🚲 I'm in LA, California, I'm on 2.5 Mounjaro and have had no problems getting from my Costco. I really haven't had any side effects other than my normal gut issues. I think I need to titrate up, my hunger is coming back along with the food chatter.

Ok not wanting to cause problems, but …. People should have vitamin levels checked before just adding supplements. Mine personally was good, but I didn’t know that and added a b12 supplement which led to very high b12. This telling people they need more water than they think they do can be dangerous. Drink plenty of water! but don’t go crazy. There is something called water toxicity and it is no fun. I’m a firm believer that if you expect side effects that you will have side effects. My personal experience going up a dose was nothing like yours. So it is different for everyone. So a blanket statement of KNOW this week will suck is not always true. I’m on 12.5 and have not had any side effects other than constipation on any dose. (I do understand this is me personally as yours is personal) Started 3/7/23 242 currently 160 size 6

Good information. I do drink a lot of water and I take 2 Biome Probiotic capsules every morning. I haven't had any problems with constipation. I do also eat Greek yogurt every day. Have you noticed any difference in your blood pressure? Mine has gone down a little. I've always had low blood pressure, but now it's just a little lower still. Thanks for all the good info! 🚴

Ok I’ve lost 100 pounds 328 SW 225 CW doctor switched me from ozempic to mounjaro 6 weeks ago due to stall of 7 months I’ve tried everything to get the scale to move and nothing works I stay between 225-227 I’m also going through menopause I’m 51. I work out daily. Any advice I’m on the 10mg mounjaro the only side effects is stomach issues I get loose stools instead of constipation like I had with ozempic. I’m 5’2 so I’m still a long ways from my goal weight. Also I am type 2 diabetic AC 1 was 5.2 when I switched to mounjaro

🚲 Thanks for the info. I’m switching back and forth weekly between compound from a local pharmacy in PA and brand Zepbound. I feel that the compound doesn’t provide the same appetite suppression or sugar craving control for me as the brand. I was thinking of trying a different compound pharmacy to see if that makes a difference.

I've been able to find ZB after a few calls. The problem has been finding a pharmacy that will take the savings card bc my insurance is blocking it's use. Paying full price every time.😢

I’m not sure that I have ODD. BUT, I do have a strong history of some messed up stuff in my life. I’ve shared here and there but I’m a SA survivor, one that was controlled for many years. So now I struggle if being controlled at all. I prefer to be free and unrestricted to make my own choices. I’ve done pretty well so far 🤷🏼‍♀️
