I’m starting my 4th month. I lost about 12 lbs in 3 months. I can’t lose it like everyone else. Everyone else is losing that in one month. I keep wondering if my compounded Tirz is watered down?!? Is the dose based on hunger or weight loss? I was losing 1 lb a week before I ever started the Tirz. However it has quieted down the hunger. But my weight loss is the same. Does that mean it doesn’t work for me??

The orderly site has a ton of spelling errors. Is this a reputable site? I’ve never heard of it until now.

They should be ashamed of themselves! Greed! Sick care not health care. Let’s wait until people have diabetes & heart attacks. And if you survive them then maybe they will help you. Sinful. Yes they deserve to profit. But the price gouging is absolutely disgusting! What’s funny is that these companies have no problem trying to force the entire world to get the dozens of clot shots per person for FREE. Millions of people across the world had it. Yet they can’t make enough of the pens for people who are actually paying for it?! Very fishy. And they said it was the pen not the drug that is in shortage. So sell the darn vials. Which Zepbound just started doing. Your doctor can now send your script directly to Lilly to get the 5 mg vial for $500+. But it’s only in small doses. So something doesn’t seem right with that. Because small doses do not work for everyone. I dont know if my compound is watered down or what but I’m on 10mg. Not hungry yet still not losing more than 1 lb a week! It’s been over 3 months now. I wish I could afford it straight from Lilly. My insurance doesn’t cover it except on rare occasions with a clinical preauthorization. Good luck getting my doctor to actually do it. She just won’t. She says they deny it. I called my insurance & told them my situation. They said have her write a clinical preauthorization. Yeah. We will see. I won’t hold my breath. I’m going to ask a different doctor of mine if they will help. My insurance covers surgery but not this shot. Go figure. I will not do the surgery. I have heard nothing but nightmares about it. And people are left with so much baggy skin from losing it too quickly. And their bodies do not look in conformity. They usually have huge legs. And that’s not mentioning other issues. No thank you. I am disabled. I have mobility issues. Before I was disabled, I was between 105-115 my entire life. Even after all of my kids. But because I’m disabled & have crap insurance I get no help. Talk about equity. This drug is only for the rich & some middle class. I know middle class people who can’t afford it. We have been told for decades to lose weight or die from diabetes or a heart attack. Yet they won’t help us to prevent it?! No let us get sick & maybe they will help. What a freaking sin! And my entire family is diabetic in my mom’s side. My mom, grandmother, aunts & uncles all have diabetes. One is almost blind from it. But no, let’s not help even though I’m high risk. All of these companies are greedy. America has the same medications available as other countries yet ours is the most expensive out of them all!

Given this is a hormones regulating drug, I’d say that it really shows how hormones, essentially our brain, is strangely involved in so many diseases, not just obesity, cancer and addiction. We know so little about our brain still, I feel a lot of our physical sufferings are traced back to our brains.

if you drink a lot before and during meals you feel fuller even faster. Sadly I used to love to walk, i walked everywhere, i loved it but i have spine damage now so i miss it very much. I am still exercising, there are wheelchair/chair exercises all over youtube, even chair yoga, I used to love zumba and yoga. It is torture to go from a very active literally hyper go go go person to not being able to do anything. You still have that go go go fire under your butt, lol but you cant do anything about it. Very frustrating. Thanks hun and I am so happy for you and proud of you :)

I went to my yearly gynecologist appointment a month ago, and she said you don't plan to lose more do you? Which was the exact opposite of what my primary said. I was so excited to go to my primary with finally being in the healthy bmi category. And she told me, well you are at the top end of normal so you still have weight you can lose 😒
