A truly beautiful location sam, really enjoyed it mate. Loved the black and white shots. All really good though especially the sunset. Cracking job 👍

Thank you Ian, I was really impressed by this place, I can't believe it doesn't receive more photographic interest! Definitely a gem that in my oppinion probably rivals some of the better known locations! S.

I did enjoy the vlog and the location was stunning. I can understand why you found it so difficult to move to your second location, especially with the changing lighting conditions. Some fantastic shots captured, even the black and white/portrait shots, which I am not nirmally a fan of, were so good. The second condition location provided an additional bonus with the panoramic shots and the icing on the cake, when the light broke through at the end to provide (imo) the shot of the day! Cheers Alan

Ah, the conditions here were so great. It was a difficult decision to move, but after I took that last shot at the first location I decided it was probably worth it as the sun had popped behind the mountains. So glad I did move though, that last shot with the pink clouds was such a bonus! I would happily go back here, we could have done with a fe more days! Thanks for watching!

That first shot is just gorgeous! Never even knew this kind of place existed in France. Also the shot at 5:42 was just amazing with the light rays coming in. Keep it up Sam!

Thank you Kieran, that's my favourite as well! I know, I can't belive this place isn't better known as a photography location. I think it gets overshadowed by the Alps and the Dolomites, but as a combined holiday/photography destination it's perfect!

It truly was a beautiful and very rewarding trip Sam. An array of different conditions well captured. Some nice b roll moments of the location. As said in the group, more the why than how without so much detail of the settings like your third shot explanation for me. Enjoyed it Sam, thanks for sharing 👍👍😁

Thank you James, yes I actually found the comments on the group very useful. I know I need to work on it but hopefully it will get easier with practise!

Nice one Sam, I came here after krossgate lol, tbh I think the vlog was good, although like anyone a bit of CC is always good, great image at 5:30 lots of mood and nice one at 08:00 which would look great as a print, agree with the others get Hannah involved more.. Hadn't seen you channel before so subscribed now and looking forward to future trips.. Seb

Hi Seb, thank you! Haha, yes it was all kicking off a bit over on FB, but to be honest I really value all CC and I actually agree with the critique and welcome it. It will all help to keep things improving, and yes Hannah will be more involved in future! Thanks for subscribing! S.

Thank you! I'm worried we may be about to disappoint you though as we're going to Iceland in October, sorry about that! We'll try and make up for it by going somewhere more obscure in the meantime! Thank you for subscribing! Sam.

Yes it seems Iceland is the 'Photo' in 'Photographer' these days, enjoy your trip. I'm embarking on Utah and Arizona & California soon which is also quiet common so I'll let you off with it just this once

Some great images Sam, I have searched images for Corisca in the past and haven't really been wowed by anything from the mountains so I am guessing it's a difficult location to shoot as I expected some of the pro togs to have least had a go.... you have come away with images that make me think maybe those togas are missing a trick - or find it easier to skip to the Dolomites over the water? It's a great walking location I know and one I wished I had visited back when I was walking thew mountains. Anyway, well done, looks you had a great time... thanks for sharing your travels on here.

Hi Alan, thanks so much for your comment! I must admit, I came away from here wondering why it doesn't receive more photographic interest. I would love to go to the Dolomites and I would hesitate to make a direct comparison as I haven't been there yet, but I felt like this place had a similar feel to how I'd imagine the Dolomites must be. Plus there's the added bonus that it hasn't been photographed so much! Definitely a gem and well worth a visit. Oh and the GR20 walk looks amazing, although I don't think I'm ready to try it myself just yet! S.

Great scenery and amazing photos! Could you tell me where you shot these photos? I’m on my way to Corsica now, would really like to visit!

Hi Robin, Corsica is such a beautiful island, I wish we were heading back there too! Most of these shots were taken in an area called the Aguilles de Bavella. Head for the D268 road between Bocca Di Larone and Notre-Dame-des-Neiges. I hope you have an amazing trip! Sam.

Thank you John! Yep, you are right, we're working on it! We discussed a few ideas yesterday on how to be more of a 'double act' and future vlogs will be more of a joint effort! :)
