@@quantumpotential7639Nah you shouldn’t hold in tears it’s extremely bad for you to do that. Crying releases endorphins so it can literally decrease both physical and psychological pain. Your body has certain reactions for a reason. If you’re crying everyday then there’s probably an issue but crying occasionally is good and means you’re probably not a psychopath.

I actually got iron overload from consuming cream of rice for breakfast daily, especially with the amount of red meat I was eating. Nice to see someone mention that too much iron can be easy to get as lifters from the amount of food we eat. I'll check out the brand you eat as well.

Awesome content as always. Before my rookie season I cut gluten out of my diet for the better part of a year, every time I came back to it I’d feel like crap, much worse than I ever remember feeling prior to taking it out of my diet. Nine years later it still gives me trouble but I can eat most sourdough with virtually none of the issues I get from regular bread.

I like cornmeal. As a porridge, it has basically the same traits you mentioned about white rice. It’s carb-dense and easy to digest, plus it’s neutral enough in flavor that it goes with pretty much anything. You can also make it into bread, which makes it more portable and provides some textural contrast if you’ve been eating a lot of beans and legumes.
