First of all thank you for the video. Some polite feedback if I may. This was way too fast for me and I’ve had some instruction in the past. Had difficulty keeping up when to exhale and inhale. Huge jump from the introductory video to this one. Please make another mat video for beginners but slowed down and being more clear of when to inhale and exhale.
