A warm up routine to get you into your Pilates mind before another routine or activity; this is also a lovely beginners level routine. Sometimes if we have been rushing around or sitting all day it's a great idea to reconnect and get the muscles and joint warm and healthy. Hope this is a routine you can use again and again to warm that bod up and get into your Pilates mind.

I did not sleep well last night and this glorious sequence was exactly what my body and mind needed to get going😌 I feel sooooooo much better now🥰 Thank you for all you do to help us to be able to move no matter how our bodies feel💗

I usually don't like long warm ups but this was good!! I hurt my foot so I had to improvise with these last few exercises. But this was nice.

Hi lottie! I’m brand new to this channel. I suffer with gastropareis which is a digestion issue caused by the vagus nerve which causes slow digestion, pain and nausea. What workout would you recommend doing as I am looking to do it every morning ? I’ve heard great reviews about Pilates and yoga to help this condition. Thank you xxx

This was a good start for me this morning! Lottie can I ask... My thighs are killlllling me after a barre class yesterday, like, can barely walk down stairs right now! Could you reccomend any particular class for me to do from your channel that might help those muscles ease out of their pain or do you think it's better to rest them? Thanks again for all your classes, my eyes are peeled for the next one!!! ❤️

Great session Lottie. Is there a chance you could do a session on tight neck and shoulders? In the absence of my standing desk in the office I’m struggling to keep as flexible as I was in the current circumstances and could do with a fundamentals refresh on that part of the anatomy.

I agree! This pandemic has had such a big effect on everyone's bodies. I think everyone is suffering with neck and shoulder pain or tension right now as well as tight hips and back pain

In-ear Bluetooth earphones are a real boom come ‘mat time’ when I want to follow along. Don’t know how you’re pitched re client time in the current situation but if you’ve a mind you start up premium (paid) sub-channel I’d def subscribe: your sessions are crystal clear and extremely helpful.
