This is an incredible routine, my mobility and strength both feel challenged and there’s enough components to each compound move that I feel fully engaged and am actually having…fun?!? Thank you so much for sharing this!

Hi, no weight lift, no gym. Just pure yoga and bodyweight Calisthenics
