I was just going to pick something from your channel but then I saw this and I was like YES THIS IS SOMETHING NEW AND COOL, LET'S GO! I like doing your previous ones but I also love it when every sunday there's a fresh new one waiting. c: And I'm still going strong with my 365 days of yoga that I started on January first. It never feels like a task but like a prize. c: Love it.

Mary Carignan Aww, well I've been doing yoga on and off since 2013 or 2014 so my body is used to it - plus i don't do like two hour power yoga sessions every day but i listen to my body. You can absolutely do 365 days too if you listen to your body, i know you can! 🙌

Way to go Emma! Keep it up, I have also been doing yoga every day (with very few exceptions) and it feels amazing. I usually do it every morning before work, even if I have to wake up extra early. It's no longer something I have to force myself to do - I want and need it. +Mary Carignan, one thing I do is look at my schedule for the week to determine how much time I have each day, and then I make myself a playlist for the week with a video for each day. It helps me get into a groove because I don't have to think about what to do the next day. It lets me plan ahead for what I think my body will need that week, like a good stretching video the morning after I run, or a fiery vinyasa video for a day when I'll need to be energized and alert.

Hi Adrienne, I have just been through 3 months of hell with menopause related anxiety and nausea. I was walking in the park feeling awful and I sat on a bench and cried. A woman walking her dog stopped and asked me if I was alright and sat with me and we talked. I walked around the park with her and she told me about yoga with arienne. I started doing your calm and anxiety and nausea yoga and it’s what got me through the worst days of my life. Thank you, you’re amazing.

I’ve never commented until today, but I began cultivating a home practice after nearly ten years away from the mat back in February, so nearly 8 months ago. I found your channel a couple weeks into my rather desperate little experiment, searching for a new internal anchor after grappling through one of most intense and extended episodes of depression in my life. I had some really, really bad days. So many of them. I felt entirely incapable and so devastated that the toolkit I’d spent years developing was simply not strong enough to pull myself out of that hole. In one of the first handful of videos I tried on your channel, you said something like, “Even if all you can do is lay on your mat in shavasana and breathe, then today-that’s your yoga!” I thought, as I lay there sobbing, “Well, I can do that.” And something began healing, growing. I’ve met you on my mat every day since then, and even sometimes when I didn’t have a mat. On the bamboo floor of a ski house in Japan; on a cool brick balcony in Sydney; on the cushy carpet of my best friend’s home in Colorado; out in deep playa at Burning Man; in a jungle haven in Bali; on my beach here in San Francisco; and again and again and again in a little corner of my apartment nestled between my grand piano and my bed, I’ve met myself on the mat, making my way through the amazing library you’ve curated here. To motivate and reward myself, I bought a ticket to practice with you at Red Rocks at the end of this summer, and-to my great surprise-I felt like a powerful mountain yoga goddess! I almost couldn’t believe how close I’d gotten to returning to ME as I breathed in all the love that day, feeling the sun on my skin and the breeze blowing through my hair. Today, I cried after this video, which I did in sequence after the Movement Medicine Energy Practice. It seemed to come out of nowhere, as these two practices made me feel strong and capable, almost wondrous at the progress I’ve seen on the mat. I can DO these things now, from start to finish! At the end of this Calm Practice, instead of going into shavasana, you guided us to a meditation pose, and I followed your gentle invitation, putting my left hand on my heart center and my right hand on my belly. The moment I placed my left hand over my chest, I felt my heart rise to meet it, fiercely pounding. It reminded me, even on this bright and sunny autumn day, of the foghorns we hear so often in the Bay. They cry out into the fog, “I am here. I am here. Keep your vessel safe.” In that instant, I felt the release of an audible sob, and tears poured from my closed eyes. I am here. *thump thump* I am still here. This is what it feels like to be alive today. Thank you, Adriene. Namaste.

What I took away from today's practice is that I don't give up. My brain was chatty and was saying "i don't want to do this today" a few times and "you're not doing this right" and I didnt' listen to her. Instead I persevered onwards and finised the practice. By doing this I am also showing myself that I can trust myself to finish things and that I love myself - no listening to the inner critic.

"The chill in me is made possible by the chill in you" Namaste to that! I've been joining your channel for about two or three years now. Daily yoga has become the way to go. Just hearing the song, or you talking, singing or joking does te trick. It makes me smile, and I'll be able to share the smile with others. A daily reminder to breathe in and out all the love. That's the power of this community. So thanks again, and 'see you tomorrow' Cheers!

I live with chronic pain and fatigue from a car accident that occurred almost a year ago now. I as feeling more lost than usual today and I didn't know where I was going or what I was doing. I was mentally and physically exhausted but I had a little voice in my head to try yoga again (even though I haven't been able to exercise for months because of pain and fatigue). This was just the right vibe, length, and difficulty that filled my cup without making my body feel bad. Thank you

I've been really really ancious about something and it has been trapped inside for a long time, I've been saying I'm fine but when I finished the video I started sobbing. Thanks for helping get out what was hurting me... not even one word, just really listening to my body made me let it out. Thanks 😢❤

Thanks So So much Adriene. I've been on my mat every day this year and I love showing up with you in my living room, taking in every word that you are saying. I cannot even image now not doing yoga daily. I have been doing yoga on and off for over 25years and this has been the first time doing it daily. You have change my life in so many ways and I'm so grateful that you showed up on U Tube when I was searching for what's next in my life. Sending lots of love Chris x

I want to say that I am grateful for you Adriene. My name is Kyle, I am 23 years old; meditation and yoga have changed my life and put me on a path of success in mind, body, & spirt overall. I actually have a condition called "Pectus Excavatum" (I don't have health insurance and cannot repair the deformity at this time) and it actually creates a misalignment in my spine; couple that with self consciousness during my teen years I found myself slumping like an unevolved primate! Yoga has realigned my spine and allowed the energy to flow properly and meditation has given me the conscious ability to receive energy from the top, down. Thank you for the videos you post because they have motivated me to continue and learn yoga in a home environment (solitude). You're modern and relatable and around my age & look like you could be related to me. (North Americans) so I find you also attractive and I guess superficially that also helps a great deal. Thank you much for your effort and keep being you. I would recommend contemplating some new creative endeavors for your channel, maybe new angles; it would be quite great if you good include sunshine or an angle that shows the sky/sun in your videos. Creativity! :) as I find Hatha yoga is very much about connecting our energetic bodies to the sun in the sky that is the generator of our energy in the first place. Again, thanks. -Kyle, Florida.

I suddenly started feeling very anxious this evening, it had been a while since I felt that bad so quickly. I guess it can be good when "Alexa" hears you talking to yourself out loud about how horrible you feel, because this popped up and it was just what I needed. I feel much more peaceful now, thank you!

Checking in for Exhale Day 22 (March '24). This was just what my sore body needed. I was a little apprehensive about the gate pose, but the pushing my arm into my leg and my leg into to my arm was just the needed medicine. Thank you so much!

This really spoke to me today after struggling with some long term patterns that have not been serving me well. I really appreciate the sentiments at the end of the practice about coming from a place of good and honesty, as well as the point of just chilling and living the best version of our constantly evolving lives. Thank you so much Adriene, today and everyday😘

Jumping around on the June 2022 calendar and subbed out some low back yoga earlier in the month, so came to this one today for something not as long. Turned out to be a good pick for the day- nice stretches. Thanks!
