Been free-stylin’ this kind of movement for 2 - 3 years now and it does make you feel amazing. Put some great tunes on, start out on a trampoline if possible so you have the softest landing. Do what comes naturally and just be present and enjoy the pure physical sensations of moving and getting to know your body better. Pure, simple pleasure and the best de-stress.

Spot on! It's a practice to keep us healthy in body & mind. It's a process...but it doesn't have to be a grind. Hope this channel helps people create more mobility, longevity, presence, and joy in their lives. Keep on flowin' my dude.

Dude, you totally made the low cartwheel up...lol. The squatting side bends - extending leg out - YES! Thank you for these videos. They are excellent for releasing tension and clearing the mind.

Another great session! I’ve been following for about 2 years now and the gains have been unbelievable across the board. It’s transformed everything from running, strength, mobility, flexibility, cycling, boxing workouts, to just feeling good all around. Can’t thank you enough!

This is exactly what I needed mate, thank you. After over 2 years of not being sick I've finally come down with a minor cold, this mobility session was perfect to add some Phys in without overexertion and to make me feel good. Cheers

Hello, I am writing to you from Turkey, I saw you for the first time. I don't know much about you yet, I watched your videos with pleasure and even got up and tried a flow :)) What city are you in? I don't know how those city people view exercise, and I want to ask you something, I think you shoot videos alone, are there people watching you while you are doing the exercises, and what kind of conversation is going on between you :)
