This is the way to exercise...I'm 76 been practicing yoga for 25yrs, it evolved to body weight primal movements a few years back...be like children move your body and stay young for as long as you can!

Wow! I just discovered your videos last week and I LOVE them! I am a 54 year old yoga teacher. I stopped teaching during the Quarantine. I’ve been doing strength training and toning. I’ve noticed how incredibly stiff I’ve become and how much beautiful flexibility I lost. And with just watching 3 of your videos, my body feels so much better. I can move and it’s fluid. @@StrengthFlowFitness it feels like I'm falling backwards when trying to lean back on the ankles (5:29) I'm assuming I'm just really weak somewhere. any ideas what can strengthen this? it literally feels like I'm going to fall backwards. I'm pretty flexible and strong so was surprised with this :P

@@delugedj I asked the exact same question on a different video! Then I just focused on using my core so my hands could float back and would reach one at a time. I have T. rex arms. One day they floated and I was so happy. and then I played sports all weekend and overused my back and lost my float 😪

This flow is one of my favorites, perfect for after a day at the office. I also get challenged by the 2 min finish to sync the moves up, and i think it's helping me remember these moves more intuitevly

The modifications that will serve you will largely be intuitive. These are not "exercises" with a singular form. This is an exploration of movement that gradually deepens your relationship with your body. Focus on what you can do vs. trying to imitate my movements exactly. Give yourself as much support as needed to feel safe & stable as you move. Scale the range of motion so that you are not forcing your body, but rather exploring within your current mobility. Listen closely and trust yourself. For more details on these movements & training style, please refer to the links in the description. Best wishes🙏🏽

It goes by a lot of names. IMO those are mostly gimmicks and tend to distract from the what's really important. It doesn't need to be put into a box...it can simply be movement. It's yours to discover, name, and define for yourself.
