This works. You may not feel it on your abs but it works. I was at my slimmest waist 3 years ago and had even abs. I gained back the weigjt but now, I am starting over again and this is ny go to. It works. Just be patient.

Just completed this workout! Definitely feel it only on sides than whole abs and also lower back at the sides. Anyone else? I definitely felt like I worked those hips/waist! Good cardio too, definitely feel my heart racing!

am i the only one who didn’t feel the abs in this one? it was more of my side butt and arms. i might just be because i did a side butt workout and a arms workout right before this though 😂 but i think a few minutes after this workout my core is starting to ache, so i don’t really know. but thank you so much bailey! i’m doing at least 5 of your workouts a day, and i’m seeing serious results! love you girl, keep being amazing! ❤️

Same! My thighs are dying but my abs feel fine. For the second half, I tried to really tighten my ab muscles and that helped a bit.

You have to really squeeze your abs and use them to lift your legs than lifting through your thighs.

You could try doing the exercises at a slower pace. I had the same problem - my thighs were burning but the abs were fine so I started to lift my leg at a slower pace and then the abs started burning too

I do this and standing abs after walking for an hour in the morning. Just a low impact workout so my body doesn't feel stressed. When it feels stressed, I eat back the calories.

Even better results and stronger muscles the SLOWER you do these exercises because you are also training balance, engaging the whole body. And the extra is that you get more in tune with your body!

Hey Bailey! I just found your workouts and I love them :) Just wondering, is it enough to do 20-25 minutes of workouts per day? I've been doing one of your 10 or 15 minute cardio/pilates workouts paired with a few of the 5 minute routines (butt, thighs, abs). I'm new to working out and I'm not sure what will be effective!!!

It depends how often you workout, what results you want... everyone is different ! But no need to do cardio everyday tho, just 2 to 3 times a week is enought ! Find what works for you and your lifestyle ! Keep going sweetie
