I must say, I LOVE your music selection in your videos! Other Pilates instructors on KZbin usually use upbeat music or no music at all, which both doesn't really work for me. But your videos are perfect, the music is relaxing but also motivating. And your gentle voice and narration is very calming, too. I am really glad, that I found you :) Love from Germany

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

This is awesome! I had to quit my reformer class because of monetary issues. I have disc hernia so i need to keep on exercising. I felt my back was so relieved after this class. (Note: I did karate and Pilates before so normal hernia exercises are too light for me. If you have hernia just be careful)

I know I’ve said it before, but your workouts are the best. They are thoughtful, challenging yet gentle. The length is perfect too- I have time to do them because they aren’t too lengthy and yet long enough for warm up and cool down so I never feel like I’m going to hurt myself. The mental health benefits are amazing. The days I don’t do your workouts are just not as good as the days that I do. Thank you so much Nicole for making these videos. I found you a month ago and your workouts are perfect for me. I love the way you show and explain moves- not too much talking not too little. I like the exercise selection. I LOVED this one! I really felt the burn in my glutes, especially during the Bridges & Squat. And my legs/thighs burned so good during the exercises on our sides. THANK YOU for this amazing full body workout!

You’ve been my absolutely favourite workout channel since I found you 2 months ago! I love all your full-body workouts, both for beginners and advanced, it’s so nice to do some yoga elements as a part of my workout as well! This particular workout is just what I expected a pilates session to be like - I felt my muscles being strengthened and at the same time I was relaxing. Thank you so much ❤️

I discovered you a couple of months ago when my ortho doctor at Mayo recommended three months of pilates before considering spinal fusion. I have become a total Nicole fan, and I think the core work is working. Love your style, your pace, your instruction-- and your form is so inspiring. Thank you!
