I love that I don't have to be on my wrists the whole time. many ab workouts are hard on the wrists and this one seems to work the muscles without straining the wrists unnecessarily.

First of all I would like to say thank you Nicole for always being such a brilliant instructor. Second of all I would like to say do not under estimate this workour just because of the time like me. I have been working out with Nicole for more than 2 years now, I had a "streak" and would do workouts everyday. Until a few months ago, I got busy and started slacking out, so I kind of lost my gains. Now I am trying to get back to my routine, its pretty hard. This was infact the hardest 10 minutes I have experienced this few months. I kind of want to give up but I cant, because I remember when I used to work out consistently I became very strong and could do many workouts without much struggle. Will try to do this one more often now.

Tried to do these 10mins at the very start of my pilates practice and was really frustrated how I couldn't do it properly, but don't worry, after a month from zero core muscles it became possible and really challenging! Loved it, definitely don't recommend for beginners 😀
