Thank you so much! I definitely shed a lot of tears off camera, a couple of those pictures came from my gran’s house so it was sentimental putting them up! It was honestly so cold 😂 I’m glad the camera picked up my breathe because it was just so so cold 😂 definitely will get some warm throws and hot water bottles, but hopefully the heating will be up and running sooner than later! ❤️

Congratulations on your grant approval! As for diverting money allocation from projects as they arise, according to KZbinrs West Cork Wander "Final Inspection" video, you only get back money as allocated in your grant submission. You should check their video out for clarity and some really good advice navigating the Grant process, but I'm pretty sure it's a hard no if you say you need 5k for the kitchen and only spend 4, you won't get That 1000 extra if it's spent elsewhere. Good luck, happy renovations.🤞

Thank you so much I'm thrilled to get the approval going! I love the west corkers! They're just brilliant and their video is really helpful I watched it the other day! They're totally right, your budget is quite set in how the application forms are filled, I submitted to about 72k and tried to submit for any possible thing that might need so I am hoping it'll be ok, but we'll see at the end! During the inspection I gave the grant guy the most up to date plan with costings so I'm hoping it'll be ok! Thanks so much again ♥️

You need Command Strips for your wall hangings….. no holes in the walls (or hammered fingers 😉)
