That's good to hear! I've been worried about that area, but I genuinely think it's going to come back really well. The work they're doing is really sprucing it up around there, and the access to the lakes is amazing.

We moved from Hopkins/Minnetonka to Minneapolis Shingle Creek neighborhood right on the edge of Minneapolis/brooklyn center...it's clean quite and all the our neighbors say that since the rift raft has moved away it's a nice place again. And the homes are in the high 200's to mid 300's so more affordable!!
