Doing front squats and I was just admiring the look of his hamstrings and calves from the back. This dude has made so much improvement everywhere in just front of our eyes is just mind boggling. He looks dry and dense ah something that wasn’t very noticeable not a long time ago. I guess diet and heavy lifting played a major role.
