MR Triton Long Range Tank - ARB frontier Install + Comparison

I hope this helps your own installation or your buying decision. The distance to empty calculation on the dash is never going to be correct... in my mind, it's simply just a case of the dealership changing the capacity on the ECU so it knows the new capacity - My Mitsibushi dealer laughed when I asked if that was possible...
My actual distance with the new tank was close enough to say 1000 km. This is with an average economy of 12.5L/100Km. I hope this helps.

Gday mate, just wondering if you could tell me what size wheel and tyre you are running as well as your rim offset

Sure thing - 16” rim, +20 offset (from memory), 265/75 tyre. Hope this helps

Hey there, how much lower do the ARB tank site compared to the OEM one?

Only by about 20mm I’d say, still lots sitting lower. The steel bracket / strap that runs along the length of the tank is also the lowest point so it will protect it in a way.
