Beef with bone 1 kg
Salt - 1 tbs
Tapioca - 1 KG
Garlic - 30 GM

Coriander powder - 2 table spoon
fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - ½ table spoon
Garam masala - 1 & 1/4 table spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 table spoon
Chilli powder - ½ table spoon
Water - 1 cup

I have a suggestion !please mention the amount of beef used ? Also the ginger and garlic , small onion etc instead of saying grams it will be good if you can say it in numbers !! Not everyone has a measuring device at home !!
