ULTIMATE HIIT LANDMINE WORKOUT
All you need is a bar and some weight for this to get an amazing full body intense training session. Totally scalable. If you need options just reach out!
HOW TO: LANDMINE SQUATS, the BEST squat variation • HOW TO: LANDMINE SQUAT...
3-4 rounds
LM tempo squats 3-4 second negative 2 second pause x 12
Rotational Clean to press x 8-10 each
Lunge to lawnmower row x 12 each
Press to rotations x 10-12 total
Rotational double deadlifts x 12 total
(Feel free to adjust weight as necessary)
