When you do things like the .460, if you want, you could set up a chronograph and shoot through it on the way to your target. That way you could get the velocity of that specific shot.

460 is a hard round to stop for pistol rated armor. It has a fast velocity.

We switched to bulletsafe earlier this year, the only thing i have against this vest is the top straps, so me and a few coworkers just got the right size and put it into a condor exo gen 3 vest.

After you finish what level III+ is rated for, you should shoot it with 300 blackout subsonic. Lots of folks say that is the same as a 45 but I think it often punches armour that a 45 wouldn't.
