I try to breakdown it as quick as i can - SpongeBOZZ is sundiegos alterego. Sundiego helped ALOT with one of Kollegahs Albums (Bossaura) back in 2011 and Kollegah got alot of backlash for too much Autotune in the hooks, which apperantly was Sundiegos influence. Romurs have it that he didn't pay Sundiego for it and Sundiego should have been his backup on the Bossaura tour but cancled like one day before the first gig. That started the beef somewhat. Both are cool now though and there are rumors for an upcoming feature or even a collab album coming. p.s. Schwul = Gay and the aggresive word you want to use on a daylie basis (Hure) means whore.

I'll attempt to explain the entire backstory: Sun Diego and Kollegah have been friends since 2005. The first time Sun Diego appeared on an album of Kollegah was in 2008, in the intro of the song "Kokamusik" which was part of the album named "Kollegah". Sun Diego's first verse on a Kollegah project was in 2009 on "Rotlichtmassaker" (in English: Redlightmassacre) which was part of Kollegah's "Zuhältertape 3" (in English: Pimptape 3). 2 years later Sun Diego (and some guys from Sun Diego's former label "Moneyrain Entertainment", which him and a former friend of his, John Webber, had. Sun Diego later left tho, at around 2012/13) helped Kollegah with the production of his album "Bossaura" and Sun Diego was even featured on a couple of tracks. The album got some backlash tho because there was too much autotune in the hooks. After the album tho, there was some tension between Sun Diego and Selfmade Records, which was the label that Kollegah was signed to back then, caused by some issues regarding Sun Diego's payment for contributing to the album, and also tension between Sun Diego and Kollegah, because Sun Diego was supposed to be Kollegah's backup for the tour, but he canceled on him before the first show. When Sun Diego (now as SpongeBOZZ) participated in the 2013 JBB (a german battle rap tournament) he almost identically took some lines from Kollegah (from time to time, it wasn't often) and used changed small details about them so they would fit the whole SpongeBOZZ character. In 2015, Sun Diego (as himself this time) did one last feature for Moneyrain Entertainment on the track "Moneyrain Empire 2.0", where he took subliminal shots at Kollegah and said he would turn his back on the rap game, which he obviously didn't do, and went back to being SpongeBOZZ. The same year, during the the promo phase for "Planktonweed Tape", he released a music video for the title track "Planktonweed" where he took a shot at Kollegah, saying that he could smell Kollegah's fear and that he (SpongeBOZZ) causes platinum rappers to back off because they're scared of him (with "platinum rappers" he meant Kollegah, since he had already gone platinum at that point in his career). As a response, Kollegah answered back on the track "Genozid" (in English: Genocide), where he said that Sun Diego was too androgynous for the rap-genre and that Sun Diego was dissing his idol (Kollegah was referring to himself here) and wearing a spongebob costume while doing so, which was cute. On the following year's album, "Imperator" (in English: Emperor), Kollegah had multiple diss lines against Sun Diego on the track "Hardcore". In 2017, Sun Diego released his double album "Started from the Bottom/Krabbenkoke Tape" ("Krabbenkoke" in English: Crabcoke), where he not only officially revealed that he was SpongeBOZZ, but also dissed a whole bunch of people, Kollegah obviously among them, and he dissed him on multiple tracks aside from "Payback". Kollegah's response came on the track "Legacy", where he goes over his entire career, but purposely doesn't talk about "Bossaura" and Sun Diego. Instead he addresses it in the 3rd part of the track, where he raps over the beat of the album's title track "Bossaura", where he disses Sun Diego, tho Kollegah referred to it as a demonstration of his power. In December 2017, Kollegah and another famous german rapper, Farid Bang, released "Jung, Brutal, Gutaussehend 3" (in English: Young, brutal, handsome 3), where the two dissed multiple people, Kollegah specifically dissed Sun Diego on multiple tracks. From there idk what happened, I just remember seeing an Instagram post on Sun Diego's page one day, which showed him and Kollegah, both wearing a BBM hoodie and chilling together with the caption "Ze bottles keep poppin' 2005-20XX", showing that they had settled their differences and are friends again. Kollegah even did a feature part on an album of the BBM signing Juri last year. The track's name is "Mashkal" (Kollegah is not part of BBM tho, he has his own label named "Alpha Music Empire")

The background to Kollegah and Sun Diego is very interesting. Kollegah and sun diego were very good friends and produced the album "Bossaura". However, Kollegah did not pay sun diego for it. Then "Julien's Block" did a rap analysis of San Diego's autotune music. that ruined his career. He won two times in a row in 2013, 2014 the JBB which is a Battlerap tunier as Spongebozz. so that nobody can recognize him, he put on the mask. there were always disses from both sides against each other. Kollegah then made a 5 1/2 minute disstrack against sun diego / spongebozz

Kollegah and Sun Diego did a Collaboration, which flopped due to an influencer talking it down. Back then he was among the Top of youtubers in KZbin Germany. Kollegah alegedly did not pay SunDiego for the Work he put in with him. Kollegah sayed there was no money to be made, since the album was trash. It actually wasnt trash, just ahead of its time and something new. The "hip hop police" in germany did not approve tho, and hated it. like with everything in life when it changes. After this payback, kollegah dropped also a part and that was it with the beef. they are friends nowadays, and Farid Bang said in his latest snipped that if the 3rd parts on their collaboration (JBG 4) would be rapped by SunDiego. Kollegah did 3 collabs with Farid Bang so far, 2 arent purchasable anymore. The 3rd destroyed half the industry. after the destruction, they dropped an EP which was called (Platin war gestern). Just to answer all the shitstorms they got. Lets hope for JBG4 with SunDiego, it would honestly put dissing in germany to new perspectives. Also Schwul means Gay. but Schwül means humid.
