Beautiful. You got me at the hook in the first ear. Loving the use of the hook when needed. Equally I love the suction too. Better loved it when I could hear it but then I miss out on your narration. Glad you are drinking your beneficial tea, but we still worry your vocals aren’t resting enough. Looking after yourself.

My favorite kind of extraction next to Keratosis Obturans! I don't know why but I just love the yellow dry ones and the ones with skin-I am so weird. Mr. Neel, I can guarantee you, on my bad days you would love to have a look at my ears. My ENT Dr here in the USA says I have an extreme overproduction of earwax, if not taken care of daily with a personal endoscope/hook and monthly treatments I could actually lose my hearing. She tells me I'm blessed to still have it after so many years of dealing with it unbeknownst to me. I love your videos as it helps me understand more about my own situation and similar

At 5:54 ish, we got a look at the eardrum I believe, and here’s my question: As you are looking at the eardrum, on the right, slightly elevated side, the eardrum appears “wrinkled or bubbled”. What does that mean, in terms of diagnosis? Thank you.

Sage and chamomile tea are good for coughing, you may gargle it a few times a day, especially at the end of the day. Sage is a miracle worker. And cuppa with lemon and honey. Get well soon and rest a lot!

In comparison to the ones that did NOT USE H2O2, IT seemed to come out faster cause it was broken up so you could use suction and grab it .more quickly.

Hi there are also really tiny hair cells in the semi circular canals which is the organ of balance located in the inner ear near the cochlear. One cause of vertigo is loose debris disrupting these hair cells. The cilia found at entrance of the ear canal are normal hairs.

This is a great question. He’s said in the past that ear wax is about 40% dead skin. I imagine that if somebody has darker skin, they might have darker wax. I wonder about the texture of the wax- are people of different ethnicities prone to drier or stickier wax? if so, why?

Love the skin removal. Always fascinates me. Sorry about your cough but you narrate through the video so you need to rest your vocal cords. Weird that somebody is inquiring for your services doesn’t know that you use micro suction it is very evident that you are sucking the wax and skin whether you hear it or not.
