That is very accurate and I hate it. Asian people have this strong idea of showing only streingth and if you have any weaknesses you're weak despite your streingths. Also, any Asian family will reject art, like if a kid wants to pursue art in any was it's instantly rejected. I love my Asians but somethings must be changed I think. But the new generation will probably change this attitude slowly being more supportive and accepting, to a degree of course.

He was willing to give me his phone as collateral. I did not take it as it could have been a scam and he could have accused me of stealing it. I asked him where he lived, he gave me an address of a different city where I lived near a restaurant I frequented. There was no such place near there. When I tried to verify his phone number, it did not match. I found all this later but at that time, he did stand in the queue for inter-state ticket.
