A few years ago, I didn't care that much for egg fried rice. But now, after years of watching your videos, I have purchased a rice cooker, a wok and always make extra rice so there is some leftover for next day egg fried rice. I love taste of Sambal and Galangal and never go without it in my pantry. Recently, I made egg fried rice for an Asian friend who was so blown away by how authentic it was. Thank you, Uncle Roger!
