after all she's like the only one that grounds the Mastermind to reality.. I realize the Mastermind is basically Elliot, born with all of Elliot's memories, and the fake memories (to protect Mastermind from breaking down), and through the fake memories he has enough anger to conquer the world to protect Elliot. Through his interaction with the other alters to the end of the series, Mastermind kinda realizes he isn't real but doesn't wanna believe it until when he talks to fake Krista, forcing him to fully come to terms with what he is. He still did not believe it until he wakes up to see Darlene. After Darlene shares her story, he sees how much Elliot loves Darlene and since he loves Elliot so much he had the courage to finally let go at the end (after all he did fufill his mission, now he just had to bring Darlene back to Elliot.. Elliot really loved his sister but Darlene was too afraid to be with him, yet Elliot really wanted to see her, which is why Mastermind's memory of Darlene wasn't there im so high i wonder if this makes sense

I pick 1 because it shocked me with so many cool songs like sound and color, or the main theme even, and with the twists, although the final episode of the series is the best single episode imo.

There were so many clues that he had experienced a psychotic break and he was imagining his father was Mr Robot. The split personality aspects are extremely realistic. There are two Elliots and his father. The original Elliot 1.0 who started fscociety is suppressed while Elliott 2.0 is trying to figure it all out with the help of a man that only Elliot 1.0 would recognize. The hallucination forces a confrontation at the headstone where both versions of Elliott meet but only the hallucination knows what happened with fscociety. It's really confusing.
@vaishnavisingh92443 жыл бұрын
@@pakde8002 he does not have split personality he has DID (dissociative identity disorder) he basically has different alters who all have different personality and ages and their own names. The original Elliot or the host of the body is never shown until last season. This Elliot is the Mastermind, the strong person the original Elliot made up to protect them. Mr. Robot is created after the father's image (this is very common in DID, for abusers to be manifested as one of the alters) to make up for the father figure and to protect both the real Elliot and the Mastermind (he can also be called the primary protector). The kid Elliot is called "a little" which is created because they couldn't have a childhood. The mother is a persecutor who imposes punishment and to keep a face to all the self hatred Elliot had

After seeing the end of S4 all of these scenes where "Elliot" just doesn't seem to know the facts of his life... it recontextualises them. MM didn't know who Darlene was until he triggered that memory after the kiss, he didn't know his dad was dead because... again, he didn't access that memory until it was triggered... and he didn't know that the father was the abuser. It’s so funny going back to watch the beginning of season one. Especially the scene where Elliot arrived at fun society warehouse and the other are looking at Elliot like what’s he thinking? And looking at him weird. It makes me laugh

I remember watching the first season's early episodes thinking this was the case because Mr.Robot never really interacted with anyone else in a significant way. tbh i only just finished season 1, but was very happy to see my suspicion pay off lol. The fact they talk in the same way with the same tempo but with different intonations was also a big give away imo

The moment when I knew that I fcked up, i wrong about being outsmarter think that I know where the story is going which i definitely don't. This show teach me how plot twist is should be going and how well executed it is. Not a twist that made because the writer didn't know where to bring the story or fix some plot hole, but writer who really understand what's going on the story
