COCONUT SPONGE CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:
225gr butter (1 cup)
200gr sugar (1cup)
6 eggs
260gr coconut milk (1 cup)
120gr desiccated coconut (1/2 cup)
450gr self raising flour (2cups)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg powder
for 1 cake:
115gr room temperature butter (1/2 cup)
120ml coconut milk (1/2 cup)
100gr sugar (1/2 cup)
3 large eggs
60gr desiccated coconut (1/4 cup)
225gr self-raising flour (1 3/4 cups)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
