I love David Draiman's voice. It's so calming to me. Even Disturbed's more Metal/aggressive songs have a calming effect on me because his voice is just so soothing to me. He's incredible.

My dad is 70 and has the most pure, sweet singing voice I've ever heard, he always catches me trying to record him and stops, the song he is always singing is called Tell the people I love them

David is a trained cantor. Classically trained. Never uses auto tune. He always says why do something on an album if you know it can’t be done in concert it wouldn’t be fair to the Audience. And on this night. He was actually sick with the flu! And he still sounded amazing.

Conan's production inserted a little autotune in this performance because of fear that he might not sound great because he was sick and David was pissed upon knowing of their plan.

I gotta say , Disturbed is the only one that rivals Simon and Garfunkel . His voice is so un- matched .

After hearing this song and his amazing voice I went to see them in concert in Saginaw, Michigan 2 years ago. I took my cousin and we loved it. This song came out when I was a teenager by Simon and Garfunkel. Of course I am now 70, but I have told you that. I have a musical brain and I keep listening AND going to concerts. I did some research on David-- his great grandpa was a caller (singer) in the holy temples in Jerusalem! His voice had to be amazing because those kinds of notes are just pure talent to achieve. David believes he got his voice from him. 💜 Luv your reactions, similar to my own. When is your birthday? Are you a Sagittarius? December?? I try sound like the 60's people asked, " hey baby, what sign are you?" Ha

He performed this while sick. He's one of the most incredible vocalists in all of metal. Along with Howard Jones of Killswitch Engage. Both grew up learning operatic vocals. I highly recommend the cover of close my eyes forever by Ozzy and Lita ford. David does it with Lzzy Hale of Halestorm. Absolutely beautiful. David's vocal range is incredible. Vocal coaches and professional performers are speechless at the sound of his raw vocals.

The production staff actually did “touch up” David’s vocals on this performance because he was sick. He was severely pissed about it

"LUCKY MAN" by Emerson, Lake and Palmer. 2012 remastered version. Greg Lake wrote this when he was 12 years old.

ABSOLUTLEY PHENOMENAL SONG! Not nearly well known enough! I was surprised when I saw your comment! I would never have thought of suggesting that, but now that you did, next to this song, it seems like a perfect suggestion! Going to listen to it right now! 👏🤘😎
