In today’s video I wanted to share something completely different with you. As some of you may know, I have been really busy with music and haven’t been uploading videos about MSFS lately.
I have had some time with the latest update, which is World Update 11, and have been enjoying some leisurely flights with my wingman SeaGym on our around the world trip, currently exploring Canada. I have stuck with the latest Nvidia GameReady driver as it gives me the best results so far in VR.

Canada update is disappointing for me although only looked at Montreal, new Bella Coola Airport and Niagara Falls for built up areas. Not sure if any changes to the Canadian side at falls. Montreal looked quite “melted” and tried to land in “open area” on the river - encountered hidden object and crashed! Flying HPG H145 helicopter in VR. Bella Coola is bush strip but somewhat underwhelming. Mesh update is appreciated as flying the Rockies is magical.

Yes. Great. Sadly, what many of us have come to see is how you tweak your settings to get the smoothest game play. Will you ever show us your newest settings again? If not, maybe it’s time to hang it up - which is fine. No worries. This was a great channel and filled a need. One has been thinking about this in the past few days. Bijan of Bijan 4 seasons has virtually disappeared - remember when you told us his was the best looking seasonal trees? He really did a fantastic job, handcrafting and constantly updating. But no updates in a long while - which can’t be good because as msfs continually updates and as the sdk changes, it degrades the function of those addons that aren’t updated regularly. New msfs breaks old msfs addons. Also Otmar from Wing 42 has disappeared along with his service of his beautiful Boeing 247D - which by the way is now possibly bricked by the newest SU11 beta. His historic aeroplanes have a wonderful attention to detail, as well as great manuals that come with them. A wonderful product, but not wonderful support. All things must pass though, and when one great channel declines, another will move in and fill the gaps, but I have to tell you, THIS ONE WAS THE BEST.

Canada is actually a disappointment for me 😢 Living in North America’s 2nd largest city (skyline only to NYC)! The photogrammetry in Toronto is absolutely horrific. Thank goodness for RomanDesigns Toronto and area Enhancement addons. Your band “rocks” 🎸🎶👍

This was my view. Toronto was the first city I tried and it was a disaster. Not one of the 90-odd POIs was the CN Tower, pg absolutely horrible, worst than London! I'm sure there's some good work in there and I look forward to exploring the rest of Canada.

Can confirm resizable bar on loss 3 percent in doom eternal. Minus 7 fps in msfs2020. Turn it off for msfs.

This game is a settings tweak fest, hardware unboxed (a supremely reputable channel) saw a minus 7 percent performance degradation using resizable bar enabled on your bios. Granted it was using dx11 and that was a year ago. It could be a positive now its dx12 and a year later. A quick vbios update on my gpu and enabling it in bios and in was done. Just another uncontrollable variable, but tweaking this game just dosen't seem to end.
