Everything looks amazing! For the chip on the front Rustoleum makes a high heat paint maybe that will cover the chip. I so wish I could meet you guys, you are inspiring and I am happy for you to have this place to chill when the work is done.

Such a nice wholesome video! It's coming together very nicely, everything is looking lovely like a little ocean cottage! U might want to think about getting a ceiling fan in the living room because u can reverse it to blow the heat down and around the house to warm it up faster. That was a bummer that the wood stove had a chip in it. The guys did a great job cutting the stone and that tool to get it up the stairs was really cool!

Selena and Pete you guys are rocking it with this remodel. It looks great. I remember when my dad and mom remodeled our getaway home when I was a kid. My dad was a handy man. Then they got a retirement home in Florida, and they remodeled and got all the furniture at the thrift store that was 1989, that was how everything started for the love of thrifting. They are in heaven now but their legacy still on. I enjoy very much when you go out with your mom shopping at all the places I used to go with my mom. I can't wait to see the house finished. I have lived in very smàll spaces. I had a idea for you. In 'tiny' homes they use every inch. So if you leave the bed where it is, just build ceiling to floor unit. Upper portion longer cabinet with door with hanging space for a few items. Lower open area to use like a book shelf or side area for a light and miscellaneous items. You should try Earthbreeze laundry sheets. Like dryer sheets, but detergent sheets for the washer. 60 sheets in a 6×9 envelope. Easy storage . Takes up minimal space.

I live in a tiny house and the best thing to use for space savings is laundry sheets detergent. I like Freddie’s Laundry Detergent. Earth Breeze is another good one. Comes in a little box, it would fit under your fridge with lots more room for other cleaning supplies.

Well I just love the beach there in the whole Oregon coast we used to go on vacation when we were Young with my mom and then when I got married my husband and I would take our children there and then after our children grew up have their own families my husband and I would go there by ourselves loved it unfortunately I haven't been there since 2012 when I lost my husband I just haven't been able to find myself going back there without him but seeing you there with your husband brought back a lot of memories in someday maybe I'll be able to go back there spend time and just remember all the good times that we had I hope to be able to do that one day thank you for your videos

I love the new additions to the cottage. I have a toaster that almost matches the fridge, love it. Make sure to take time off while renovating.
