Dig those lovely brick & stone homes on the north side of Detroit near 7 Mile (18961 is about 5 houses south of 7 Mile Rd) probably near Livernois. Built by masters in the 1930's. You can pick up one of those brick to the peak mini-mansions for about 50K (if you can get to it alive and you aren't afraid of schwartzas).
