This Deck is realy fun to play, i used to play an iteration of it when Original Zendikar was in Standard. Great call on the Naya Allies! If Bloodbraid Elf every comes out of retirement it can put this over the top. Great stuff!

I would add beastcaller savants since they are mana producers that could speed the deck up getting you creatures earlier and also freeing up your mana for removal. Also I would add reckless bushwakers to the side board since there are alot of cheap creatures in this deck the bushwaker could easily by casted using surge . That pump can help end games really fast

Metallic Mimic seems like a good fit for this deck, i have been trying it out and it seems to do nicely. Also Reckless Bushwacker might need to be in this deck. i also am trying 4 lightning bolts for a total of 12 non creature spells, bolting or pathing a dude/player and then playing Bushwacker for surge cost is pretty legit. not to mention the triggers...

Hey Wedge, Im so happy this deck has been getting attention! I've been playing allies since Zendikar (the OG version) and LITERALLY fell in love with the tribe. I've worked fairly extensively on my Naya Allies Brew for a few months after BFZ was announced and have a lot of experience with the deck. For anyone interested in the deck, head over to the modern allies Primer on tappedout.net, superb primer by JLenzen over there. But as for suggestions! PLAY AETHER VIAL. The card is absolutely bonkers. Allies at instant speed makes for a more dynamic game, as well as a faster one. It is not uncommon to hit a turn 3 or 4 kill with this deck if you maximize the damage off of Battlesinger. T1 Hada Freeblade T2 Land, Battlesinger, (Triggers, Freeblade now a 2/3 with +1/0), swing for 5 T3, Land, Battlesinger (Triggers, Freeblade now a 3/4 with +2/0, Battlesingers both now 3/1s), Any other one drop ally (Triggers, Freeblade now a 4/5 with +4/0, Battlesingers now both 5/1s), swing for EIGHTEEN DAMAGE ON TURN 3. A vial line of play is something more like T1 Land, Vial T2 Uptick Vial(1), Play Blademaster/Harabaz/Survivalist, Vial in a one drop. T3 Uptick Vial(2), Play Evangel/Lantern Scout/Firemantle, Vial in Battlesinger T4 LEAVE VIAL AT 2, Flash in allies to dodge removal if you have evangel!!! Sit on Coco in an aggro matchup to surprise block them, or cast it main 1 to end the game. TLDR; Deck is nuts, play it.

You'd probably want to play it when the time is opportune, but considering modern is a fast format I'm not sure if its a solid turn 1 2 or 3 play, maybe late game just as you're about to play CC or Return to the Ranks. Id put 2 or 3 in the deck but not a full playset. Also test a lot to tweak that number.

So how about Oath of Nissa? It can help you get the allies that you need, and can even pseudo-mana fix. I'm not sure how many you'd want to run though. Maybe 2. Also, I feel like you need better protection from flyers. Although there aren't too many decks running around with a ton of flyers, I feel that the protection would help. Off the top of my head I can think of BW Tokens and Infect with its Inkmoth Nexus.

When it comes down to it, this is a Company deck, and you don't see any other Company decks (Like Bant, Naya, Abzan, Elves) running Vial, even without budget constraints. Seriously, the deck is great by itself. Adding things in like that would also mean you'd be running less creatures, again, hurting Collected Company. You don't want to mess too much with an archetype (Company) that is doing incredibly well in Modern right now. Also, in case you (or anyone else for that matter) would consider swapping Collected Company with Aether Vial, just consider this: Late in the game, Aether Vial is a dead draw. I don't know. I think Aether Vial is still great to play alongside Collected Company and such because Aether Vial helps to empty your hand faster thus giving the Company more value since you get more of a need for card advantage. Plus withe vial ticked up to two you can play one of your creatures for free almost every turn being that most of your creatures are sitting at the 2 mana slot. ((Which can be a bit awkward in all honesty.))

+Jacob Crow That sounds like a very bad reason. You shouldn't want to empty your hand so fast, because you open yourself up to massive blowouts from things like Anger of the Gods. And doing it because it will make you need card advantage? You should never want that. You should never be in the mindset that "I should play this, because it will make me need more cards!", that's NOT a good thing.

+Jacob Crow It's 40 dollars being it's REALLY good I'm Menfolk and Death & Taxes. Menfolk wants it because it allows them to play very powerful control moves with their Counterspell Creatures, etc. And Death & Taxes mostly uses it for Flickerwisp.

How would Kabira Evangel protect your board against sorcery speed (mass) removal or even instant speed (mass) removal at your turn? Except for collected company you're not able to flash a creature in to respond to the removal. Am I overseeing something? Oh and btw great video, like always Wedge :)

I would definitely sideboard 2 x Odric, Lunarch Marshal and 2x Vedalken Orrery so you can get allies out on defending turns to buff your defense aswell.

Also, why bother with Stasis Snare at all when you could just be using Path to Exile or simply Oblivion Ring (which hits a lot more than just creatures)? That card is not good in Modern, unless you intended your deck tech to be Standard, in which case it may have been more appropriate to post on a video depicting Standard.

You can't play modern without some removal. Path to exile is just about the best removal there is in that format. Aether Vial is a very good inclusion! Just don't swap them for the Pats. Swap something else out.

After the twin ban, not every deck needs removal now. (answers kiki-jiki, maybe griselbrand...) As long as you go over the top fast enough you dont really need to be worried about getting comboed out.

Guess the caverns of souls were too expensive for the budget. Great replacement for the ancient zigurat as it does the same but taps for mana when casting non creature spells.
