Hlo namaskaram doctor I'm 52 , teacher ...past 1monrh severe knee pain , while climbing stairs , while standing after sitting, I suffered a lot... Just by god's grace I watched ur video, for 2days I did the exercise OMG....miracle happened, my pain is gone... Thankyou so much.. Dr.thank you so much for the timely tips to ward off knee pain.especially these 2years have disabled even normal people who have the habit of regular walking.people , between the ages of 60 and 70 (I'm 62, a regularly walking person)suffer slot as family members dont allow us to go out,fearing that we will catch Corona infection .God Bless You Doctor.thank you.i request you to post a video for improving RBC level.certain foods like broccoli, paneer,figs are very expensive n not available sometimes. Suggest fruits n vegetables that can be consumed by even asthmatic s.thank you so much.
