What is good for radiculopathy on right leg with L5 nerve damage and left leg is a knee replacement and femur fracture. On a walker and trying to get stronger to go on quad cane. Now Dx with Progressive MS.

I assume that it is okay to have something under one’s head, such as a pillow, cushion or some books because I am unable to lie flat without support for my head.
